Dear [redacted] ***, This is a formal Response to the Complaint dated July 30, 2014, ID no [redacted] ; I have complied with [your] request to remove or cover up the banners on the front and back of the building[s] advertising 20% off services However the $refund request will not be honored for the reason that the consumer was made aware that the discount was no longer in effect prior to all services and after being fully informed the consumer still chose to have services performed at Nailz Spot Interestingly the consumer has made no displeasure of the service[s] provided by Nailz Spot in the complaint Please find enclosed one original notarized Affidavit in Support of this meritorious response to the alleged claims by the complainant and consumer [redacted] Thank you for your time and consideration Respectfully Submitted [redacted] ***, owner of Nailz Spot Walter Green Commons Madison, Ohio 983-

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I WAS NOT TOLD, PRIOR TO THE SERVICE RENDERED, that the 20% was no longer in effectNor, was the price of the pedicure discussed what so ever prior to the pedicure being performedThis a flat out lie and I do not appreciate this business owner's lies! I know the amount of refund is only $However, it is a matter of principleAnd, I feel the business is being dishonest with its statementsIf this is the way they conduct business by telling lies, then is it actually being a reputable business?
Regards,

I have complied with [your] request to remove or cover up the banners on the front and back of the building[s] advertising 20% off...
services.
However the $7.00 refund request will not be honored for the reason that the consumer was made aware that the discount was no longer in effect prior to all services and after being fully informed the consumer still chose to have services performed at Nailz Spot.
Interestingly the consumer has made no displeasure of the service[s] provided by Nailz Spot in the complaint.
Please find enclosed one original notarized Affidavit in Support of this meritorious response to the alleged claims by the complainant and consumer [redacted]
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Respectfully Submitted
