First off, we would like to thank you for visiting NailzoneMentioning that you have been coming to Nailzone for the past years tells us that you are one of our valued customers, and we appreciate your business. Now, let me address your concerns and complaints toward our service
In regards to your confusion with our price, we were not trying to "trick" you into paying more money for our serviceYou have originally gotten the UV Gel on your nails in the beginning of August and came back to see us for the filling in about two weeksYes, our standard price for the Pink Filling for the UV Gel is $35.00, but when we need to redo the white lines along with the Pink Filling, the standard price becomes $(it's called the Pink & White Filling)And the only reason why we needed to redo the white lines on your UV Gel was because you requested to cut down the length of themIn regards to the extra $-- when the nails (UV Gel) need to be repaired (whether it is because they're cracked, chipped, or fell off your nails), we charge the repair fee of $for each nails repairedBut because your UV Gel was done recently, we only charged $for the repair instead of the full $You also mentioned that we didn't post all of our pricing, but the price of each one of our services are fully displayed on the black board behind our counter. Also, our employees were not trying to force you into getting the manicure when you requested to remove your UV Gel; they were simply trying to offer you the $discount that our customers get for removing the UV Gel when you get the manicure at the time of your removalThe standard price for the removal of the UV gel is $15.00, but by utilizing this offer, the price of these two services drop from $to $24.00, if you choose to do soWe therefore have our employees always let our customers know of this offer when removing the UV Gel. We always try our best to provide our customers the most pleasant and relaxing experience at our salon, and never ever try to force or bully our customers into getting the services that our customers do not wish to receive. Moreover, The reason why we can't soak the nails to remove the UV Gel is because it is simply not possible to remove the artificial nails by soaking them. You can only remove the regular gel manicure by soakingYou explained that our process of the Gel removal have ruined your nails, but if you apply any kind of artificial nails on you natural finger nails, regardless of the removal process, your nail beds will always turn out damagedThat is why about 70% of our customers choose not to get UV Gel on their nails. At this time, we would like to politely decline to pay your requested settlement of $
