My apologies for the delayed response to this complaintAfter review of the date in question on our Real Time Arrival software which tracks the movements of all of our busses while in service I have the following information to share with you regarding this complaintStop at *** and ***
*** is a shared stop with routes 14,7, and The scheduled time according to our route guide for Route to stop and service Stop is between 3:and 3:p.mRoute did in fact stop at Stop at 3:for its dwell time on October 156, The driver of the route bus on this date was a male. NAIPTA complaints are handled by our front desk Administrative Clerk when people call in and he is also male. There was a similar complaint on the day in question in our database with no caller information givenOur Operations Manager are both female who would have been assigned this complaintAccording to our data, Route stopped as planned in our service route guide on the date in questionIf there are any further issues or complaints we always ask for callers to please leave contact information so a manager can follow up with the caller and these complaints are logged in our internal data base for investigationI have attached Real Time Arrival data for the time period close to the o'clock hour for Route

After review of the date in question on our Real Time Arrival software which tracks the movements of all of our busses while in service I have the following information to share with you regarding this complaint. Stop 2 at [redacted] and [redacted]...

[redacted] is a shared stop with routes 14,7, and 3. The scheduled time according to our route guide for Route 14 to stop and service Stop 2 is between 3:14 and 3:17 p.m. Route 14 did in fact stop at Stop 2 at 3:18 for its normal dwell time on October 156, 2014. The driver of the route 14 bus on this date was a male.  NAIPTA complaints are handled by our front desk Administrative Clerk when people call in and he is also male.  There was a similar complaint on the day in question in our database  with no caller information given. Our Operations Manager are both female who would have been assigned this complaint. . According to our data, Route 14 stopped as planned in our service route guide on the date in question. If there are any further issues or complaints we always ask for callers to please leave contact information so a manager can follow up with the caller and these complaints are logged in our internal data base for investigation. I have attached Real Time Arrival data for the time period close to the 3 o'clock hour for Route 14.
