I first used the services of Naito Financial Co. in 2012 when I became 70 1/2 and subject to the required withdrawal of funds from my IRA accounts. Naito Financial helped me at that time through a confusing and very messed up tax situation and has continued to offer valuable experience for my tax documents since then.
I appreciate the generosity of service and the kind spirit that Mari and her company has offered to the community.

Do not use Naito Financial to prepare your taxes. [redacted] [redacted] is incompetent and her work/calculations are sloppy. I had two incidences where she miscalculated or left out income on a 1099. She calculated a return of $1800, which I received. When the IRS caught the error, I actually wound up owing $1200. When I spoke to [redacted], she played dumb and stated that yes, you owe that. When I told her I gave her the 1099, all she offered was to return the tax preparation fee.
