NAJU Boarding & Grooming

I was a first time customer, and boarded my catMy cat eats special food and so I packed days extra, and left the padding and towel in my cat's cageWhen my daughter in law picked up the cat days early the padding and towel was missing and no food was returned I should of gotten cans back along with the padding, and towelEach can was each adding up to dollars lostThe padding was just over bucksThey said it got lost in the laundry but I didn't ask them to clean the paddingI appreciate the thoughtfulness in cleaning the padding but losing the padding wasn't worth itI waited for a week for them to find it but they said they could only find the towel and not the padding nor the foodI had to call times over a period of a week for them to tell me that I signed a waiver saying if anything gets lost they are not responsible for itMy reply was then they shouldn't of removed the padding, and the towel from my cat's cage I won't be bringing my pet here any more
