They are the worst
Will not send your money back once you've returned the item. Will even reply anymore. They must be stopped.

Placed order 6/3/20 (#***). Sent numerous emails regarding status or refund option. Received partial order; remaining order unfulfilled.
Order placed 6/3/20. First email inquiry sent 6/12 for order status. Received a response from customer service 6/15/20 - order shipped. Received partial shipment 6/19/20. Tertiary request for refund of item via email on 6/19/20. Received response on 6/22/20 with status of item. Item was shipping 7/3/20. Sent email to customer service 7/8/20 regarding status and again requesting a refund. Received email from customer service 7/11/20 stating shipment delayed with new ship date of 7/13 or 7/14. Support asked if refund requested. Email response to customer service 7/11/20 confirming request. Still no response or refund credited.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a refund for the item I never received due to delay.

I received a confirmation of refund on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. The refund posted on my account on August 3, 2020.

in arrears *** AUS (same as *** USD) because refund has not been given - or a credit note onto my account which I also would of accepted.
2 orders placed between May and June 2020

1st Order - Tracking stopped after a month. Never Delivered.

2nd Order - Paid and then got an e-mail with tracking.....clicked on it and the number was invalid.....

I received one e-mail back over 8 weeks and I have e-mailed them 12 times.

The e-mail said both packages were refunded - it has been 3 weeks and well over 10 days and I have e-mailed asking what is going on as I am student and need the money if I won't get my parcels.

the amount I spent put onto my online naked wardrobe account so that I can purchase the items and get them posted to my friend in Colorado's address and she will use an express post with Australia to make sure the items reach me properly and timely. (as I live in Australia) OR A FULL REFUND FOR BOTH ORDERS ONTO MY BANK ACCOUNT

I bought 2 joggers, it's been 3 weeks, I don't have a tracking number, I tried sending them a message but they are ignoring me

I returned a package to Naked Wardrobe and they refused to refund me my money.
On April 3, 2020, I placed an order online from Naked Wardrobe (with the order number of ***. The amount in controversy is $312.
On April 17, 2020, I received the order and the clothes didnt fit me so I decided to return the package. The package did not come with a returning slip.
Naked Wardobe's return policy is as follows:
RETURN POLICY:
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable.
Returning address: XXXXX *** XXXXX
On May 1, 2020, I delivered the returned package to Naked Wardrobe.
To date, May 15, 2020, I have neither received a confirmation of its receipt of my returned package nor my refund. I reached out to Naked Wardrobe via email *** several times and my emails were blatantly ignored.

Naked Wardrobe will continue to ignore my emails if I dont reach out to an agency who can help me pursue my refund.

I need my full refund immediately.

NO DELIVERY. NO REFUND. NO RESPONSE.
Ordered on January 30th. I noticed that my package had yet to be shipped Feb 10th. I emailed them and they shipped it out the next day. Weeks later and still had not received my package. Tracking number said the package had not yet been shipped and had only been processed. Emailed them again and they instructed me to wait another 25 days to then try to locate my package again. I waited more than those 25 days and gave it time. Four weeks after my package was supposedly shipped and it is still not here. Emailed them again with no response. Messaged them on Instagram and was left on seen. They read my message yet didn't bother to reply. Almost 6 weeks since I placed my order, not acceptable. I live in CANADA and this is being shipped from the states. SIX WEEKS? They are not bothering to reply to my messages or emails. I want my $336 back.

Desired Outcome

I've waited 6 weeks for my package so I want my package. If this cannot be done for some reason I want a REFUND not only for the items but shipping as well.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE:

This company has no customer service. Their phone number is a dummy number that rings busy 24/7. Their email responses are computer generated by a system that scans for keywords, and then, gives a canned answer that usually does not speak to the customer's specific issue(s). There is no response on social media, either, where there are plenty of similar complaints.

MISLEADING ADVERTISING:

This company purposely removes new items from its website when offering sitewide deep discounts (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday), ergo, all that becomes available are out-of-season styles, most of which are sold out in sizes small through large. After this edited sale, new and seasonal items return, magically.

POOR MANAGEMENT OF EXPECTATIONS:

This company does a horrible job of managing reasonable customer expectations during busy times of the year (i.e. holidays), by refusing to note expected holiday processing and shipping times. One will need to email the company, since their phone number is bogus, only to receive a canned response that does not speak to the customer's specific processing and shipping times. Unbeknownst to the customer, it can take 2-3 weeks for customers' orders to process during these busy seasons.

PUNISHING EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND CANCELATION POLICY

This company suggests that when a customer needs to exchange an item, they buy a new item first, and then send the returnable item. Their return policy is strict but not unusual, and there is no way cancel an order that may be taking 2-3 weeks to process (for instance). There is also no way to change an order while it's still being processed (i.e. change size or quantity). With no online or phone based customer service, customers are bound to find themselves unhappy and underserved.

I placed an order with nakedwardrobe over a week ago. I never received the product. Asked for a refund with no response.
I placed an order with this company over a week ago. I called and emailed multiple times to inquire about the status of my product. The website is misleading and states they will ship within 3-4 days. I received one response to my email but no follow up. I have sent multiple emails called with no response. I have asked for a refund but have not received any response. There is no way to track if the order was even processed and I have received no updates. The product does not even show on their website anymore. I'm unhappy and would like a refund.

I have attempted to contact company 6 times regarding and incorrect order sent. They have yet to respond to calls/emails or social media DMs .
I order several items from this company all in size XL. one item came in as a small. I checked my receipt and my receipt reflect the sizes that I desired. This was a company error that they refuse to address. They have yet to call back, the refuse to answer emails or social media DMs. I've sent pictures of the packages, my order number and receipt. Their website states that they will respond in 48 hours but it's been over 5 days. No response. Horrible business practice!

I would like a refund if the item is unavailable and for the company to send a shipping label in order for me to return the word item. This is a huge inconvenience and I want an immediate credit!

I purchased two swimsuits and never received them.
I purchased two swimsuits from Naked Wardrobe on 4/15/19. Total was $112. My order # is XXXXXXXXX. I emailed them on 4/19 asking for shipping info and received no response. I emailed them again on 4/22 and 4/23 with no response. As of today my items have not shipped and the $112 have been taken out of my acct.

I WANT MY 2 swimsuits and an explanation as to why my numerous attempts of contacting them were ignored ?

My order was said to be delivered, but was not. I have followed up with USPS, and opened a claim. However, No one from naked wardrobe will help me!
I ordered 3 bathing suits online on 8/29/18. *** is either *** or *** (I'm not sure which because I received multiple emails wth different order numbers on them). I spent $132.00, and paid by debit card. I received tracking info once my order shipped on 8/31/18 with ***. I was home all day on Tuesday 9/4/18, and there were no packages delivered that day.

Then, suspiciously, I received an email from naked wardrobe saying that one of my items was now out of stock and they would be refunding part of my order in the amount of $42.00. Odd because in the initial shipping email, they told me that all 3 bathing suits had shipped already. This part is confusing... how could they have shipped all three suits, and then email me on 9/4/18, saying that my order was partially unavailable? Also, how could this have been missing on the day it was allegedly delivered? I already filed a claim it's USPS. The ***.

I emailed them about the undelivered package, but didn't go into details about the whole confusing part because I thought it would be too much to dump on them in one email. I was thinking that I would bring it up once I got in touch with their customer service rep. However, no one has contacted me back! I am so frustrated. They now owe me $132.00 because I assume I won't be receiving my bathing suits. Also, their bathing suits are final sale. This was a time sensitive matter because I'm leaving for vacation on 9/19/18. I won't be able to do anything with those bathing suits when I'm back, since summer is over. I'm just so frustrated with how long they are taking to resolve my issue. There is no phone number I can reach them at, and it's all just making me so angry. I want a full refund to my original form of payment. This was such a waste of time and energy to order from them.

I would give nothing less than a 5 star review for this business. Every package (over 12 orders) I have received has been neatly wrapped in tissue paper, items are all very clean, the clothes do not smell like cheap material, the clothes last very long, all of the clothes are flawless in perfect condition, the return address and instructions are very clear. This is the only place I shop now.
