I just emailed to *** with all of 3 attachments invoice purchase (there was no taken discount on the bill), text conservation (manager would confirm $500 off from the price), and coupon display. There is no reason for me come over there and do nothing.

If I could give zero stars I would! I made an appointment online for 8:45am for an 'express' oil change. The word express should be taken off for this type of service. The service department told me it was going to take 3 (THREE) hours to complete an oil change. Never have I ever been told an oil change was going to take 3 hours when I made an appointment. I have been to Jim Ellis and Malcom Cunningham Hyundai and the oil change took about 45min/1 hour to complete.
To make matters WORSE they would not honor the online price for the oil change. When I booked the service online the total was $38.35! I get to Nalley and my total is about $60! I informed the service department rep and his first response was 'oh you must be referring to the $10 coupon online'. No sir! $60- $38 is NOT a $10 difference. When I pulled up the online confirmation showing the price from their website his response is 'yes it's an ongoing issue that we've been dealing with for a while.'
That is not my issue! After going back and forth he refused to honor the price.
In short, PLEASE DO NOT GET SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP! Save yourself from the hassle, horrible customer service, and the time consuming service. This is a CLEAR indication why they have so much open availability in the service department. I will NOT be back.

I had my 2015 Sonata service at Nalley Hyundai 11/24/2018.
The front brakes were not properly service. After 4 and half hour wait.
When leaving the dealership I notice that the brake padel went to floor of car when I stopped at the Red light.
I returned to the dealership turn the car to neutral and pressed the brakes and I could hear a funny sound mooching sound maybe.
My main reason for this complaint is that I could have been killed or killed some else because of this poor brake service.
Nalley Hyundai did reservice the brakes after the fact of me coming back with this complaint.

Desired Outcome

Not applicable That each brake repair should be thoroughly checked before returning vehicle to customer.

The customer came in on Saturday and had her front brakes replaced and a brake fluid service performed. We test drove the vehicle after the work was completed to ensure it was done properly and delivered the vehicle. The customer made it to the red light at mall parkway and turned around and came back into the service drive. The customer stated that there was a clicking noise when depressing the brake pedal and that the brake pedal felt soft. The technician looked at the concerns with Mrs. and explained that the clicking noise was coming from the shift lock release mechanism in the center console area. The technician also inspected the operation of the brake pedal and explained that it felt as it should. The customer stated that she has driven this vehicle for a while and was not satisfied with the way the brake pedal felt now. The technician took the vehicle back into the shop to assure that everything was done correctly and re-bled the brake system to make sure. The technician stated that no air was present in the system and that it was operating as designed and re-delivered that vehicle to the customer. The customer stated that the brake pedal felt better and took delivery of her vehicle. We will be more than happy to offer Mrs. some complimentary oil and filter changes for the poor service that she felt she received.

Below is a copy of the Email I sent the GM of Nalley Hyundai. Feel free to read it. To top it all off, we ended up having to cancel a subscription to SiriusXM that the dealership decided to put in our name!! DISGRACEFUL!!!

My wife and I met with Keosha G tonight to discuss the possible purchase of a 2017 . Hyundai Santa Fe Stock number ***. We had looked at this vehicle and did have quite a bit of interest in it.

Once we test drove it, we sat down with Keosha to discuss the purchase of this vehicle. The internet price shows $32,160, which includes a promotion from Hyundai giving $2,750 cash back as well as what is termed "Price Difference" which is in the amount of $3,035. The internet price clearly states that it includes the dealer service charge of $599 as well as the title service fee of $98.

We went back and forth with Keosha going to the sales manager a few times and he wasn't able to remove the $98 or the $599 for some reason nor was he willing to give us the full "Price Difference" amount. After about the third time of us going back and forth the sales manager comes out to us. He didn't even introduce himself but instead he started the conversation with "I'm not going to bicker with you folks on $98. If that's what it is going to come down to y'all have a good night." The he proceeded to tell my wife and I that since he overvalued our trade in to "help us get the right figures", he wasn't going to do any more on the new car so that he could have a "car with 90,000 miles that nobody will want". It is not our fault that he quoted $15,000 on our trade in of a 2015 Kia Sorento. The fact of the matter is that he wasn't even willing to try and make a sale. He should have had no problem removing what the website clearly states is included, I'm sure he realized that it would be false advertisement if it wasn't removed. When asked about the "Price Difference", he said that the full website shows the rebates that add up to that amount. The only issue is that there is no way you can combine the amounts that are listed to come up with $3,035.

I can tell you that I have never been treated so poorly by a manager of any type. I do love my Kia that I purchased from Nalley Kia, however if this is the way the staff at Nalley are supposed to act, there is no way I will spend another penny at any of the Nalley stores. I feel sorry for Keosha for having to rely on such incompetent management to do her job.

I will never deal with a Nalley location again!!!
