Move out charges included an excessive charge for the carpet. Though forwarding address information was provided, an email was sent 57 days after the move out. Now after two weeks of inconsistent communications the account is being moved to collections (Apr30th). On Jan 27th, 2020 I delivered a notification of departure, citing my forwarding address. I never received a signed copy of the acknowledgement (which I requested) and was told, it would be provided. Once I saw that I was being billed on a month to month basis, I did not press receipt of the acknowledgement. Yesterday Apr 28th, I called multiple times to speak to Rebecca and Jorge, to discuss the issues. Never did I receive a call back until this morning (Apr29th) @ 9:16a. Yesterday Apr 28th, I finally received information I was promised on Apr17th from Rebecca showing the issues with the move out inspection. During this conversation Rebecca stated that there were urine stains on the carpet and I requested proof of this. She said she would deliver it. I did not receive the information until Apr 28th. I still do not see information regarding the evidence of urine. In receipt of the information yesterday, I learned two things. a) Apparently on Mar19th, a letter was sent to 809 as opposed to my home address, therefore 27 days passed before someone decided that an email should be sent? At what point would I receive that letter at *** Way, since I moved out? Why did it take so long for someone to decide to send an email. During my residency there, I receive approximately 4 emails a month of GlenPark events... but when its critical NOTHING? b)The email received are of black and white pictures, no indication of what room or area, etc. thus, I have requested color photos, with no reply. Notification of these issues of the move out inspection was received via email until Apr15th with a notification that a collection agency would be contracted after Apr30. This is not proper nor ample time to respond as a respondent. U r u stalling.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Modification of the total amount owed. Provide proper time before moving the account into collections since the supplied information was not used.
