Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] & [redacted] of Nalu Waimea LLC are making so many allegations at this point I don't know where to beginI can start by saying I never yelled at [redacted] during my move on 12/15/she actually began yelling at me as I moved telling me she was "mad At me" because of her malfunctioning minifridge which has over frozen but was still operable entire time I lived there I never hung photo on wall & now she is saying holes in wallI only Lived there 3months and kept unit very clean for my small child and II did have her sheets because when I moved in I was using a bed that belonged to them and she told me herself to use and keep the sheets so I did Late fees were never charged or discussed until suddenly when I moved out she back charged me from Nov and December late fees that she said she would never charge me whe I live there as long as I pay cash for her tax benefit I never took anything that didn't belong to me including "cash" from I don't know where or what she is talking about, I am a hardworking single mother not a theif! Also she mentioned herself she wasn't going to charge me late fees in a verbal agreement and she always had many in home tenants and friends from mainland and different places working and sleeping in her home for trade, maybe she should be questioning them She charged me over $for my minifridge that she still uses and just swapped from garage and provided me a quote not a receipt for replacement Unit was immaculate and I have witness and photos to prove it she even stated to me u it looked great and clean on walk thru she made me wait almost 40minutes just to final walk thru with her I also have video footage of my and only encounter I have had with her since she failed to return my deposit $It was on New Year's Day 2015, I never yelled at her I asked her & [redacted] who were together why Akkma stole my deposit $ and she ignored me declined comment on anything I do not have her "kitchen stuffs", she and [redacted] have my property (blender) and she kicked me off the property telling me not to trespass on her property as I did my walk through with me & told me don't come back or she will call the copsI did not deserve this treatment from my landlord and rental company seeing that I was leaving on time and left the unit in model clean condition I did leave ond if her towels that was in the community dryer to stand under minifridge in my hint do it wouldn't get too much water on floor as it thawed outI had also asked skims if she wanted me to move minifridge outside of u it to thaw outside do no water would get on floor she refused thatShe said I'd get my deposit$ back to me within 2-days tops She instead sent me bill for $1,for a 250sq foot studio I lived in for 3monthsThe only thing I should have been responsible for was the $unpaid rent of Dec plus $unpaid rent of Nov All other charges are outrageous considering the condition of which I left the unit was spotless I even had my 2yr old son stay with his father on weekend 12/and 12/14/overnight so I could properly clean unit to make sure I get deposit back and everything looked even better than when I moved inUnfortunately my son ended up being physically abused that weekend by his father and he hasn't seen his father since, all because I was trying to make sure [redacted] & Bobs tiny overpriced 250sq ft unit was perfect on move out day I am now asking $1,due to extra costs of mediation, babysitting, inconveniencing & lying to my family during Christmas & moving, stress, stealing my property, accusations, and just being a poor business overall Sincerely, [redacted]

Whom may it concern, I am writing for response a complain you got on 2/3/from *** *** ***I am sorry for late response, I had business trip to oversea, I just got back to Hawaii last nightI also apology if my English is hard to understand. English is not my primary languageI am more than happy to talk to you if you have any question regarding her complain *** moved in middle of June with her husband and her sunIt was month to month rentrent was $a month in my large studioShe ask me days notice sometime on Aug reason why she is divorcing/separating with her husband and will not afford $by her self and she was cryingI just got new tenant for small studio, I run to him and asked him if he doesn't mind to pay more and move to large studio and he said why not so I asked her how much you can pay for rent, she said $1100-1200. Small studio rent was $but I asked her $if you like you can move to small studio to have time to look for new apartment or take you time to think then she moved in 9/in small studio 10/1/She said she cannot pay rent, she asked me to waitI said okay, don't worry about late payment I know you are having hard time but she didn't give me anything till I asked her and half weeks and she paid me $on 10/(i am not sure exact date) Rent was $but she prefer gave me $for on Nov rent 11/She said I cannot pay rent I will be able to pay in daysI need pay my bill too, I just can't have tenant like this so I gave her days notice to leave(the letter below) ------------------------- November st Dear ***, I am afraid to serve you to this noticeHawaiian state law, I can ask you either pay in time or quit in days, if you don’t do either in business days I need to evict you but I really don’t want to do that to you so this is my decisionLate payment fee is $5/day but I am not going to charge you a week which you said you will be able to pay in a week*Late payment fee start on November 8th Please return with your signaturePlease remember The Tenant may not use the Security Deposit as payment for the Rent NOTICE OF TERMINATION BY LANDLORD NOTICE TO: *** ***, Tenant in possession and all others: 1. I cleaned the frost at least the door can closeI also needed clean the floor to clean the frost(this is a cleaning fee I charged 12/ 12/the day she leave she didn't clean the refrigerator at all(see attached pic2) I asked her who is going to clean this refrigerator?, she said "it is ice." I asked her again she answered me "it's ice, I unplugged ice is going to meltI asked her again who is going to clean this refrigerator? she said "it is ice." I stopped asking at that time The refrigerator was brand newShe also damaged the door (see attached pic) So I charged her full of refrigerator price.(invoice from homedepot.) Her unit was damaged and dirty too(see attached clean and picpicis what I charged fix drywall fee) I attached other pictures of damaged which I DID NOT charge her such as stain on the sofa, holes on the wall and few scratched on the wall and floor(see attached pic other) I'd like to also mention, she trespassing MY house more than few times and there were missing brand new sheet, kitchen stuffs and cashWhen I went to her unit on 12/I saw my missing sheet and kitchen stuffsI didn't say anything I was expecting she left them when she leaves but she took everything with herI asked her just before she drives away about my kitchen stuffs and she gave me back but I forgot to ask her a sheetof course I didn't charge her for this sheetAlso she used my towel to clean her room, left the towel dirty on the floor (on the one of the picture.), I don't have any idea how she got my brand new towel this is what I charged her and mailed her(see see attached deposit back) Nov rent $50.00 Nov late fee $(days 11/to 11/+ tax $5.42) Dec rent $532.20 ($/ days x 15days) Dec late fee $78.54 ($x 15days + tax) Replace of Refrigerator $302.57 ($+ delivery $+ tax) Cleaning fee on 12/13 $26.18 Half hour cleaning freezer and floor $+ tax Cleaning fee on 12/ $and 1/hour cleaning, floor, kitchen cabinet, toilet and shower$+ tax Fix of damaged dry wall $104.72 $+ tax Total $Deposit $- $1293.17=-$ ----------------------- She mentioned "stealing my property" on the letterI assume she is talking about her blenderBecause I have got her letter on Jan saying she wants $for the stolen blenderWhen she is living in the unit, there is blender on the handrail on the stairs(my house is 2ed floor, I have her and another tenant on 1st floor) I have no idea who's blender?? it was dangerous to have anything on the handrail but I didn't want to touch iti don't know who put it there, I have my husband, roommates, tenants (includes ***) and my friends sometimes stay in the living roomThe blender was there for at least a month?? whole time *** was living in her unitAnyway now I know who's blenderthat is sitting in my garage nowi am more than happy to return to her She also said on the letter Then I try to communicate with you and you send me emailAs she knows we do not have reception of cell phone at this location, I sometimes get voice mail or days later, sometimes I will not revived at all but email I check most of the timeunplugged my home line yes I did, I have never give you my home phone number I didn't expect someone call my home line to me, I unplugged the home line that time because only someone call home phone is to my husbandmy husband is in mainland that time I have schedule of meeting with mediator on 3/with this matter Sincerely, Nalu Waimea LLC *** *** *** *** ***
