Namao Water Transport emailed me on June telling us to please call themMy husband called repeatedly and nobody answeredOn June I emailed them stating we had been calling all week and nobody had answeredMy husband finally got an
answer on the 12th, and they told us they would come on the 15th to look at the drivewayOn the 17th we still had not heard back from them, so my husband called againOne of their staff (***) came out to our home on the 17th to look at the drivewayAt first he insinuated the damage was done prior to them comingThen he said it was our own fault for not knowing how much weight our driveway could handleThen he said that the bigger truck would not have hurt our driveway, and that it was because of repeated trips on the drivewayHe said he would be back to take pictures, but never did return (that I am aware of)
I am not happy with any of this response
