The first awareness of this complaint came from a formal notice from the? Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners of a complaint by Mr [redacted] ? A review of our? records shows that Mr [redacted] filled out several written evaluation forms at every re-examination and indicated extreme satisfaction with our staff, office and the Doctor on each one? We were? perplexed when first notified, I interviewed each of the staff involved and the OBCE also conducted a detailed six month investigation in which we fully cooperated and the result was a dismissed complaint? Due to the nature of Mr [redacted] 's? communications, we are unable to communicate directly with him? For the record, I have never been on the Board of Chiropractic Examiners? I am on the Board of the Oregon Chiropractic Association, our trade organization
