There was no indication that the items not received were back ordered. Two months to issue a refund for products not received is a completely unreasonable time frame and no effort to resolve this has been shown. I have failed to receive responses to emails and phone calls on numerous occasions. Whether I am a wholesale or retail customer still does not change the fact that no resolution has been made. My efforts to resolve this have been unsuccessful, so I feel a third party complaint to resolve this is warranted.

This is not a retail customer order. Rather a wholesale customer who  knowingly purchased a back ordered item. As this is and international order it is causing some difficultly determining how to process a refund as the refund was requested after the time frame allowed for a credit card refund....

It is something that we are waiting for our bank to help with. As this is not a consumer issue, rather a business to business issue, we request this case be closed and removed.
