I am rejecting this response because:There was no confusion on type of gift card being used. Customer clearly communicated and confirmed by employee that gift card was for [redacted]. Additionally, employee confirmed on site;however, later corrected by Manager. 
Was expecting positive response from restaurant to correct their staff/ service issue. Note for future references.

We accept our gift card which one issued from our system, but the customer got gift card from [redacted].com. Customers can use [redacted] gift card only on online order. Our POS system does not accept [redacted] gift card. Moreover, we do not have any agreement to accept any kinds of gift card of [redacted]....

You can contact [redacted] to get more information on this matter ( 1-617-395- 8444).If customers have any problem with gift card they have to call to the gift card provider (in this case, [redacted]). We feel extremely sorry and do apologize for the difficulties you faced.
