[redacted] on 5/29 to apologize for the difficulties and address his concerns.  We are committed to completing a full review of his experiences and will address our findings with appropriate personnel.  As a Customer Service gesture, we have refunded **. [redacted]’s last two orders in the amounts of $48.73 and $29.99.  We appreciate **. [redacted]’s feedback and ask that he call us directly if he has any additional concerns or question related to this matter.

My Name Secure email for my domain harveydavis.com is becoming virtually useless because it is wrongfully being blacklisted as SPAM by for Google, Yahoo, Hotmail et cetera and who knows how many of my business clients are missing my emails because THEIR MAILSERVER IP ADDRESS IS FLAGGED. If they cannot fix it they need to issue a refund for my hosting.

Review: I have paid for a service I have not received and am trying to reach the company with no response. Have been put on hold for over an hour each time dating back over a month from today.Desired Settlement: A phone call to update my services so I can discontinue using Name Secure. They revert to using an email form to fill out, then email a response that states to call them. When I call I am on hold with no response. I am trying to change all the internet services with Name Secure and they are attempting to stop this process by not taking calls. I would have kept this sevices with this company as I have been a loyal customer for several years, but now I cannot reach a live person. Please advise?

I would like for Name Secure to assist the switch over of the domains that I own in a timely fashion and return money for services I have not received.

Review: I tried to change the DNS records for my domain name on Friday night (11/1/13). Once it was showing in the WHOIS listings on various other websites, I felt it was safe to initiate a transfer. There was no customer service agent available to assist me, as they apparently only work 7-7 M-F (I did not realize this until after I needed support. In this industry, it is standard to make such changes late on a Friday night to allow propagation time apart from normal business hours).

Now, my website and email has been down for nearly 3 full days, and their customer service reps are telling me that they cannot make any changes nor can they expedite the transfer. Every other registrar I've dealt with in the past few years now offers an expedited option. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am told that there are none. Both reps I've spoken to have been extremely nasty to me, and told me that I never should have begun the transfer, and sarcastically told me that "I do not control the internet!". I do not deserve to be spoken to in this manner, and I also find it difficult to believe that a company has no one at all there who has the ability to do anything. Speaking to the folks at [redacted], the registrar that I am transferring to as well as the new hosting company, is also shocked and cannot believe this. They feel that there are certainly measures that can be taken on that end, and 4 different reps at [redacted] have told me this, but they have no control over Name Secure's willingness to help me - they seem annoyed that I am even calling and asking for help!!!Desired Settlement: I want this transfer completed IMMEDIATELY as my website has now been down for nearly 3 days, and according to their nasty reps will be down for the remainder of the week. This business relies about 85% upon its website and this will be a devastating blow for the business' income. There is absolutely no reason why someone should not be on duty at all times to assist with this. That is standard with this type of industry, and I am just horrified and appalled over this. They need to correct the issue immediately, and I also feel that some compensation is due to at least partly make up for all of the lost business that will occur as a result of their lack of support and negligence in regards to taking care of this problem.
