Stainless Steel is not "Stainless" If you dont properly take care of your exhaust products especially when you live in the heart of Massachusetts where they heavily salt the roads this can happen This is what we told you when you first showed us pictures We then gave you advice on
how to clean them and a great polishing product to do so
We have a year manufactur warranty as stated in our terms and conditions that you have to agree to before placing an orderThis order was placed in August of We also do not warranty the tips as stated in our terms and conditions There are to many variables to be able to warranty the tips due to customernegligence We do not know if or when or how you take care of your products
All of the pictures we saw of your car are sitting in 2-inches of snowThe car is obviously outside being exposed to the elementsJust because you said you were not driving it doesn't mean the underside of your car isn't being exposed to the harshness of salt

As I mentioned to the business owner in my original email, I always wash and clean my car weekly. I've owned dozens of aftermarket products like theirs in Massachusetts and never had a single issue. With the quality of stainless steel that they advertise users should be able to get many years of use and not month. This product started rusting 3 month after it was received and before any elements of bad weather. I should have started this process sooner, but I'm also aware that small rusting on stainless steel is normal and can be removed with proper products. Only after giving this product some time I realized how bad it is getting. I took the pictures outside when we did receive a little bit of snow to show them what happens to their product as soon as we get bad weather and if I don't clean it for a few weeks (For demonstration purposes). Car only has 6000k miles and their product was installed when I already had 2000k miles on it. 304 Stainless steel, especially chrome plated is suppose to be rust resistant and as you can clearly see on the pictures only the exhaust tips are rusting and not a single spec of rust on the rest of the product. Their pure 304 stainless muffler or the pipe is not rusting, only the tips that they use and only in this design based on what other people are saying on forums. This is clearly a quality issue and I found many other complaints online where people have the same issue with the same tips that I have. Everyone else that has other Tip options offered by this company doesn't have the same issue. Even on their Instagram page they advertise a picture of customers product that was exposed to horrible weather conditions looking brand new after years of use. This company is false advertising and not standing behind what they produce. I do regret that I have to use these matters to get through to them, but all civilized actions were denied any attention and customer service. Many emails to them explaining that I already did what they advised for me to do (Cleaning with nevr-Dull). My car is covered with a very expensive car cover and is  sitting under a car port and is not exposed to anything, never driven in the snow. We do live in New England and for them to write back to me and state that, because we live here their product looks like this is pure scam. Hopefully Revdex.com can assist me with this ridiculous situation. Very sad when small businesses only want you money and don't follow through with their advertisements
