Thanks for taking the time to talk with through a couple of things this afternoon. The Customer complaint in question was an Action Housing customer from this past winter, when the storm blew through last week it loosened his flu liner cap and was asking us to come out and repair it at no cost to...

As part of the sale he asked for some assurance from the seller on the mechanicals specifically if they had been installed properly. We did allow the seller to offer Mr. [redacted] a 1-year V.I.P maintenance...

policy as this guarantees all work was done in accordance. Although the exterior unit was new and  the indoor equipment and refrigeration lines were not. Unfortunately during the extremes of the season and the nature of being a service and repair business, we can get over extended sometimes and not able to always make all of the appointments in as quick of a time frame as we would like. This can be especially difficult when a customer has a heavy work schedule with limited hours of availability. We had a tech out who recharged Mr. [redacted]’s system, within a short period of time. Mr. [redacted] did call back in and stating the system was blowing warm again. After the second technician was out he determined there was a leak in the refrigeration lines that it would have to be located and repaired before being charged again. Once we were able to designate a time that worked for both parties we were onsite and completed all necessary work to the system. To the best of our knowledge everything has continued to work in good condition since that time, as we have not heard good or bad from Mr. [redacted].
