Review: Was very disappointed with this restaurant. I was there for my wedding rehearsal dinner pn 9/**/13 and despite having a signed contract, the manager tried to add on numerous additional charges and went back on our agreed/signed contract: 1) Deposit: Despite having paid a deposit in advance (as per the contract), the restaurant denied having received this until I actually pulled the cashed check up on my phone2) Additional Service Charges: Despite the contract saying gratuity of 20% (which was very generous to begin with since the service was terrible), [redacted] insisted we pay an additional charge because they had to bring in additional help3) Not Closing the Restaurant as Promised: As part of the agreement we reserved the entire restaurant and they still let in a few people just so they could generate additional revenueThe restaurant overcharged me $575 for the additional service chargeDesired Settlement: Refund me the overcharged amount of $575
