Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: There is no resolution offered.  Irregardless of what the business owner thinks of me or my family, the repairs he performed had to be re-done.  It is un-likley the Revdex.com will be able to resolve this and I thank you for your time.  The only resolution we will accept is repayment for the money we had to spend twice to get the job done correctly once.

Customer’s Statement of the Problem:On the 21st September 2016 Nampa Auto repair took possession of my vehicle after their sister company [redacted] dropped it there instead of where my son asked them to take it, [redacted] pro's, by suggestion of the [redacted] driver.
Vehicle crashed within a...

hundred yards of a [redacted] shop called [redacted]. The customer and driver of the car [redacted] stated “ I guess I should take it to a [redacted] shop”. At that request the [redacted] driver offered to take it to [redacted] across the parking lot. [redacted] refused to perform that type of work.
[redacted] then asked the [redacted] driver if he knew any places to fix it fast. The [redacted] driver recommended Nampa Auto Repair. The vehicle was dropped off and authorization to look at the vehicle was signed by [redacted] wanted the vehicle repaired fast so he could get someone or himself to make repairs to the fender.
During a taped phone conversation with [redacted] I asked if he had insurance and he replied yes. He wanted to pay cash and have it back ASAP. It turned out that his father [redacted] legally owned the vehicle, I now appears that [redacted] was attempting to act as a mature adult and pay for the repairs himself before his father found out.

Once there the shop offered to do under the table work to the total of $1700. My son told them that I had full coverage insurance and to wait. The morning of the 22nd we filed a claim to insurance and I expressed my desire to move the vehicle to a shop I use regularly. I called Nampa Auto repair around 10am to let them know that the vehicle was going to be moved to my shop of choice and no work was authorized by me or my insurance. The associate at Nampa Auto repair expressed that they were finishing repairs, I once again expressed that no repairs were authorized and a [redacted] was coming to move the vehicles. Around 11:30 am my insurance and I had a conference call with Junior to give my permission to release my vehicle to [redacted]. Around 2 pm I called [redacted] and found that the owner of Nampa Auto repair, [redacted], would not release my vehicle claiming I owed him $1700.
Once the father [redacted] called to stop repairs we stopped. We had repaired everything except for the lower control Arm and brake line. We asked to finish the repairs so we could move the vehicle safely off the lift, but [redacted] refused. I stated that the vehicle had to be removed or storage would continue daily since it was taking up our lift space.
The owners insurance company came buy to pay for the repairs that were completed. The insurance company refused to sign the paperwork to release the vehicle because the owner was being extremely difficult. The owner [redacted] offered to have his son [redacted] come and sign the paperwork, but had already previously stated [redacted] had no legal authorization over the vehicle. We waited for the owner to sign while the vehicle stayed on the lift losing us a few hundred dollars for that day.

No resolution was achieved until Tuesday September 27th. After not being available until Tuesday afternoon [redacted] B insisted on a written release after a verbal was given on the 22nd. I was charged another day of storage because I couldn't get to his shop to sign a release within an hour. A total of 6 days storage were charged all of which would not have been necessary if they had not of started unauthorized repairs at [redacted]'s shop, Nampa Auto repair. [redacted] fraudulently received a check for $1505 and $40 out of pocket from myself for unauthorized repairs and unnecessary storage fees.
The owner [redacted] had filed criminal charges against [redacted]. They were charges of fraud and contained lies made by the son [redacted]. Nampa Police suspended our company of the police rotation losing over $1,000.00. This was done because NPD took the charges to be truthful.
After NPD listened to the phone recording, signed documents and GPS location summary they concluded that we did not perform any criminal acts. My attorney is now evaluating criminal charges against these two for filing a false criminal report, Fraud and we are seeking damages for our suspension from the [redacted] rotation.
[redacted] is out $40 only because he caused a problem that enabled us to resolve it at the time the situation happened. He now also has placed his son in a position where he was forced to not be honest involving a police investigation and great loss of money for us.
