Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The statement of telling the customer to come in is due the owner Craig threatened to KICK my [redacted] if I come back down there as he was denying giving us a refund and we wanted one due we had come in originally for this issue for there professional advise and they advised us to put on coil over shocks witch obviously they did no use as months later we came in with same issue and they stated on 4/that AIR BAGS were needed for this van(if telling your customer this don't you think wieghed my vehicle before taking my $dollar in coil overs that DID NOTHING to help with our company weighed down vansWeighing my van should have been done when I came in for this professional advise on our company vehicle not when Iam upset that they NOW ARE RECCOMMENDING US TO PUT AIR BAGS after they recommended Coil overs(purchased due to there advise) on van MONTHS BEFOREI gave them there shot in beginng to due job correct and if needed weigh it should have been done when I came in FOR THE ORIGIONAL ISSUE MONTHS PRIOR only to find out they wanted to charge for the Air ride and due nothing to help due to the poor lack of expertiseOnly time he offered anything was when I wanted refund after they told me I need air ride and not coil.....threatening me and yelling telling me if I want anything bring my van down to be weighed......well day before saying this they recommended Air ride again without weighing my vehicle.........At this point we no longer fell comforatable doing business with these guys due to the owner threats and want our refund Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,The customer called to address an issue he was told that he would have to bring proof of purchase with the vehicle, and we would take the vehicle to be weighedIf we found that it was needing more then the original purchase was able to withstand we would replace the said
parts for the difference in cost and install them at no added laborThat was not anything that he was willing to except and stated that "that we'd never weigh his vehicle or touch it again, and he'd sue me in small claims court" at this point I stated ''ok I'm sorry we can't help you fix the issue if I can't work on your van, then I don't know what more can be done"At this point he continued to yell and state "he'd see me in court"So I can not fix a problem if I can not work on the vehicleAs far as his calls to BigO Corporate and them stating that "he needed to take it back to the place in which he purchased it" (quoting the corporate rep here) he was not willing to do thisIf he has his original proof of purchase sale and there's a warranty it's covered per the franchise policy so we will be happy to fix the covered items if he wantsThanks for your time Nampa Big O
