Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and since the health department could find no evidence of bedbugs, I will drop my original complaintHowever, I am speechless with their attacks on meI received an additional email from the hotel manager that I want to bring to your attention.July 12Nampa Downtown Inn 3rd Street South Nampa, ID Attention: Manager I recently stayed at your motel on the night of July 7th in room I arrived very late at night and was too tired to inspect the bed, however I noticed a bug and just swept it off the bedIn the morning I found evidence of bedbugs from the black marks they make on white sheets and I actually found one on the brown blanketI smashed it on a yellow sticky note and the bug contained bloodI went to the front desk and reported my experience to Salidad S [redacted] She took a picture of my sticky note I should have asked for a refund at that time but I was so upsetSalidad wasn’t approachable and didn’t offer any any resolution to make me feel better, so I asked to talk to her manager She said that she is the manager but I would receive a call from her managerMy main concern was to make sure the motel management was aware of the bedbug situationI tried calling the motel three times because I never received this promised callSalidad repeated that I would received a call and on my last call she said she would report me for harassment This was devastating! The plaintiff purchased a nights stay at the Downtown Inn 7/7/17. On 7/8/17 plaintiff [redacted] verbally assaulted a staff member. Demanding a refund. Plaintiff made untrue statements overheard by others. Plaintiff then contacted Chris S[redacted] of environmental services South District health call...

208-455-5404. Chris inspected the room carefully and found nothing. No bugs, period. He in fact complimented our cleanliness. This person is misstating the facts for personal gain. So sad. The harassment and defamation has continued. Spreading false information is a crime if our reputation is damaged or was stated by other guests present at the time. Failure to act in good faith by at least waiting for the Central District health answer is an example of impulse control issues.
