Nampa Floors & Interiors received notification on a customer complaint on June 13th This wasdated June 10th from *** *** at *** *** *** *** *** *** ID ***.Nampa Floors & Interiors has been serving the Treasure Valley for over years and have built a
solidreputation of taking care of our customers by providing both quality products and serviceWe willcontinue to address shortfalls as quickly as possible to maintain this good reputation weI am surprisedto receive this notification of the problems that arose during this project, since they were identified andtaken care of.The *** were verbally notified during the process of product selection, their decisions were goingover "budget'' as supported by the builder clarification email see attachedYes, the salesperson diddelay with the written bid, acknowledged her fault, and owned up to the fact that it should have comeearlier, however it would not have changed the outcome as the *** chose to add two ceramicshowers that were not included in their budgetAside from the two ceramic showers, the *** alsoselected other products adding to the overage they identified in their complaint.I was also surprised to hear about the additional month's rent, as again, based on the builder'sconstruction schedule we worked within the timeline given to us please see builders attached email.Had we delayed closing we would have been notified by the builder.The original tile installed on the back splash in the hall bath was incorrectLooking into the situation weshould have fixed this problem fasterI first became aware of the problem on 5/and the correct tilewas installed a few days later.To answer to the statement that no one apologized, as you can see by a response email sent by themanager of the Nampa location Doug H*** he clearly apologizes in the very first sentence and then goeson to acknowledge their frustration and identifies the shortfalls as he gets up to speed on the project.Herb D***, the State manager made a personal visit to the *** residence on 5/to make certainthe job was comp!eted correctly, while there, he also apologized to the ***'s for the mistake.As noted any and ail issues have been addressed and taken care ofWe are constantly looking for waysto improve our customer serviceI appreciate feedback from our customers whether it is positive ornegative so we can strive to improve our relationship with customers.Respectfully,Roger * W***
