I fell in love with this website with all of the cute things that they sell. I decided to place my first order and I spent $208 on three items . $208 was taken out of my account almost immediately . I received a thank you confirmation after placing the order and have been waiting for my items to arrive . I thought I would go out and check just to see if there was a tracking number or if it was marked shipped and to my surprise nothing is showing up out there on their site . I sent them to messages within their website and contacted their number twice and I’ve not heard back from anyone . This morning I see where one of the items they didn’t even have in stock but they allowed me to purchase it they are now saying there is an inventory issue and that item is no longer available yet they have already taken the money out of my account.
Thank goodness I use PayPal when placing this order Paypal is going to contact them also the only problem is .. paypal allows them at least 10 days to respond about these items and then I have to wait to either get the refund or the items now. I didn’t realize how many complaints there was against this company until I just went out and checked. I will not be ordering from this company again ! I hope others who have used Paypal has also filed a complaint because once Paypal receives so many complaints on a company they are no longer affiliated with them as far as them being able to use their services . If you are reading this for the first time and have not placed an order yet please take my advice along with all of these other reviews and do not waste your time . If you have already experienced problems with this company and you did use PayPal to pay for your purchases please contact paypal with your complaint and they will make sure to reimburse you or that your items get shipped. It will just take some time. #shameonthem

I’ve made a couple of orders and haven’t had a problem with sizing and or the quality of the product. Pretty happy and content with my purchases. I definitely love their deals. thumbs up on the blackfriday deals I was able to get a lot of my Christmas shopping done and for a very satisfing price can’t wait for them to arrive:)

I’m very disappointed with how they treat customers. I’ve shopped several times on their site and it seems to be hit or miss with the quality of clothes and shoes. The latest pair of boots saying high quality on their website only to find out how cheaply made and won’t last long. So cheap, that the boots have a fake tongue down the middle. I didn’t expect Frye quality and the NanaMac price of those boots but I expected them to be better quality than they are. They aren’t even 25% of the quality of Frye.
As for customer service, I shopped when everything was 30% off and made a large order only to find the items I ordered were not the size I had chosen when I placed the order. It was a glitch in their system. I immediacy noticed and left several emails and phone calls with customer service trying to stop the order before it processed within a few minutes that night after I had placed the order. SEVERAL days later, after the order had already processed and was sent for shipping, I was contacted by customer service. I was told the system was overloaded with orders on the 30% off day and that’s what caused the error. So they offered a store credit. Also, I was told with all of their great clothes choices that I would be able to find something to use the store credit on. I did not want a store credit. It was their error and I saw that as a customer I did noit matter. Them getting my money was the only thing that mattered, not customer satisfaction or continued loyalty. What a low-life way to run a business and very untrustworthy company. I’m going to take my business elsewhere where I am valued as a customer

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... placed several orders with this company all items are great but I placed an order did not realize it was final sale and when I received the items it did not fit and they would not even exchange it for the correct size. The items are still on the website now but not a final sale. My things were a final sale because it was 30% off I guess. Please be aware if you have trouble with an item they will not help you at all. You cannot even get them to answer the phone. I'm very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with nanamacs customer service. I've ordered from here several times and this is the first time I've had to reach out to customer service. I ordered a plaid shirt during the TREAT30 promotion where EVERY regular priced item was eligible for the promotion. I needed to exchange the item for a larger size (apparently every model on their site is a small so it's difficult to determine the right size for oneself) and was told sale items can't be exchanged. Yet this item is normally not a sale item and now that the promotion has ended its regularly priced again and is eligible for exchange if I were to order it now. I'm actually pretty disgusted and it's enough to make me no longer want to support this business.

I ordered shoes from them that do not fit true to size at all and was shocked by how poorly they were made. Definitely not worth how they were priced. I later realized they give store credit so I had to deal with an exchange. I would not suggest ordering shoes from here, not comfortable and look very cheap.

I have ordered several things from nanamacs I never had a problem with the quality of the clothes or with the customer service. I have always received my items in a timely fashion. I live in NJ and always got my items within 3 or 4 days of ordering with free shipping; shoes however take a bit longer bc they get sent UPS instead of USPS but not incredibly long that it becomes a problem. I never had to return anything so can't comment on that but whenever I had question about fit or sizing I always facebook messaged them and got a timely and helpful reply. Clothes are cute but are a little on the expensive side however whenever you order something they email you a coupon for next purchase so that helps a little. Again I can't comment on reruns but normally if I order from an online boutique I don't plan on returning anyway bc I refuse to pay to send things back. I would just sell it online or to a friend. Overall would recommend to a friend.

I ordered pants and a pair of boots and paid for both online, only the boots came in the mail and they crossed out the pants on their invoice and did not send the pants. I had to email them to see where the rest of my order went, they had no inventory of these pants but took my money anyways. I had to ask for my money back. They should of sent me an email with an apology and refunded without me reaching out. Second order went missing. I sent an email and got nothing but an attitude, no help and their response was it was USPS fault for the missing order. I spent over $100 on the missing order and had not one bit of help from them what so ever! I had to dispute the charge on my card. They know nothing about running a business! Having cute clothes is one thing but ignoring your customers concerns and complaints is no way to run a business. I don't need to put up with a company that doesn't even care about my concerns with my order that went missing after spending so much money. They charge extra for your items to be delivered within 2 days and it still takes longer then a week to receive with is very unacceptable considering they are one state away from me. I will never order from such a poorly ran company again. It's too bad that they couldn't reach out to me and apologize for their mistakes and really treat me like a wanted customer. If you want to get ripped off and have your money stollen from you, this is the site to buy from!!

Very poor quality clothing. BAD customer service and their return policy isn't very good either. I had some clothes fray and tear shortly after purchasing them. Their products are overpriced. The owner was not willing to refund my money and was pretty insensitive to the issue. The owner did exchange one item for me, however that piece of clothing is already starting to fray. I literally left the store crying.

What a disappointment. Their clothes are super cute but their ability to run a business is non-existent. After placing my first order I realized their return policy is store credit only, which always annoys me with online clothing stores. Fortunately I liked most of my items and only had to return a pair of pants. Not wanting the credit to go to waste, I immediately placed another order with my credit - and this is where the trouble began.
I ordered two tops, overspending my credit by $31. One top came in and was way too tight. I kept waiting for the second item but never received it. Not wanting to violate the 30-day return policy, I contacted the store to find out what size I needed in the top I had received that was too small. I let them know at this time that I had also not received the second top. I never heard back from them. I called, I emailed several times, heard nothing, then got a survey asking me to rate the top I never received. I continued to try to contact them. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company to at least receive the credit for the merchandise I never received. I still heard nothing from NanaMacs. At some point during this whole process I got a phone call from someone there just saying to call them back, which I did, then never heard from them again.
I finally emailed their Facebook account and was told that someone had tried to contact me. They forwarded an email that had very obviously been altered (you can tell by the font being a different color in Gmail) and said they would not dispute my dispute from the credit card company. Later I got an email that the order was completed.
I do a ton of online shopping b/c I love clothes but I hate the act of shopping. I am so disappointed, annoyed and confused by this experience. Ridiculous does not even begin to describe it. If you're looking for cute clothes and don't want to get ripped off, stick with [redacted] or [redacted].
