Review: We rented a home at this location[redacted] and the condition of the home was deplorable. Unlike the lease said...It was filthy, food spilled in refrigerator, lawn was not mowed, garbage strewn in driveway, stove was filthy, floors dirty and junk on floor, bathrooms were not cleaned at all, TV's were not working, Netflix was not free, all of the above mentioned was not in the lease that it was this deplorable! We called maintenance man and he suggested we email [redacted]-The owner and make her aware of the conditions. Her response was to "keep in mind that this was not a North Bethany mansion" and offered no refund. We paid 4400.00 for the week of August 2nd-August 9th, 2014. I have copies of all the emails and I have pictures of the condition of the home. I ask her for a refund but she responded..."I don't give refunds".She mentioned that she had rented it to Hispanics and they trash the home. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Post this on all the websites so she will not be able to take advantage of anyone else. And since we had to clean the whole home before we could bring our suitcases in I would ask for a cleaning fee of $200.00 as that is what she says she pays her people to clean...which never happened.
