All documents you executed February 1, 2016 in my office will be sent to your home address [[redacted] on March 9, 2016 via [redacted]-certified mail, return receipt requested.

separate mailing] from the 3/9/16 original document mailing], I will send you the Grant Deed I cannot yet prepare. That Deed changes vesting of record title from you, an individual, to you, as Trustee of your trust. I will include instructions for you execution [at your Credit Union you told me because CU does not charge a fee] and your/[redacted]’s subsequent recording at the Sacramento County Recorder’s office.
As discussed with you and [redacted] February 1st, I was [and remain] unable to prepare that Deed for execution on Feb 1st because you had NOT, and still haven’t, provided me a copy of the Deed whereby you originally acquired title [I believe in 1987, but I cannot confirm online from the Recorder’s Office – there also appears to be another recorded Deed concerning the property in late 1996 – perhaps this is related to a refinancing of the parcel]. I do NOT have online access to the actual deeds involved, only a search as to Book-Page of recording.
I explained this to you and [redacted] Feb 1st. I understand you/[redacted] to say you would look for the deeds and let me know if you found them. If not, on my next trip to the Recorder’s Office, I would purchase copies of documents, the originals of which should be in your possession. I also told you Schedule A attached to the Declaration of Trust listed the parcel as an asset of the trust.
Please let me know, via e-mail reply from [redacted], if you do or do not have the processed, original 1987 and 1996 Deeds. If you have them, please provide copies. If you do not, I will schedule a trip to the Recorder’s Office to secure copies. I need the two deeds to confirm exactly how you took title and the full legal description of the parcel. The parcel number and street address are not enough information.
I will send a copy of this non-confidential/privileged response to Revdex.com-Northeast as in its letter dated March 2, 2016, received in Monday, March 7th’s mail delivery.
Thank you.

Review: My father has a living trust, but can't get the final paperwork from [redacted]. Dad has had 2 strokes, and I'm afraid he may die before this is finished. [redacted] has had all the paperwork for 4 years, and we have nothing. 4 years. I've talked to other lawyers, they said it should only take 2 weeks. [redacted] has been paid $400. So far, but we have nothing to show for that. I just want all the paperwork in our handsomely, so dad and I can who this solved. PLEASE HELP US.Desired Settlement: To get all paperwork to us.
