First off, charging $33.60 for customer charge on top of my actual energy usage and energy delivery charge is tantamount to highway robbery. I never paid that much with [redacted]. It's like the gas station charging an additional $20.00 on top of their displayed per gallon price and an additional $5.00 for parking to pump gas. Something needs to be done about this. Its ironic that on my most recent bill, I paid more for additional charges than my actual usage. $42.27(customer charge+energy delivery charge) to be exact and $32.67 for wholesale energy. Just Doesn't seem right.
