Review: On 9/20/2016, the seller received a $200.00 payment from me, along with specific instructions setting forth the conditions of this payment. After the seller collected my payment, she started to behave in a rather bizarre fashion, giving me excuses of sorts that did not appear to be genuine, and her sincerity became an issue difficult for me to ignore. She did not meet the conditions of my prepayment, so I canceled the order and explained why it was necessary for me to do so. In an email dated 9/27/16, the seller essentially admitted that she was at fault, and promised to issue a refund; however, the refund never materialized, and she is ignoring all of my follow-up emails and phone calls. This seller took money from me for a service she never provided. She has had the use of my money for nearly a month, and, for unknown reasons, refuses to honor her promise.Desired Settlement: A full refund, along with a letter of apology.
