I dropped off my paperwork for my income tax returns to be done by Nancy R Lee to the office on [redacted] in April because they could not schedule an appointment for me. After not hearing from them for several weeks, I called the office and was advised by the male secretary that they had to file an extension on my returns and I would be contacted by them in 2-3 weeks. That time passed and I was still not contacted so I called and left a message asking for them to return my phone call and explain the status of my return. Several more weeks passed by and still I did not hear from their office so I called and left 2 more messages. They have yet to pick up their phone, return my phone calls or advise me of what is going on with my tax return.
