On 10/21/we received an authorization from ***for *** *** covering the cost of replacing the refrigerator door gasket & *** *** was responsible for the service & labor That job was completed on 11/12/ The part is warranted for year & our service &
labor is guaranteed for days On 7/1/*** *** called saying the door gasket had ripped again & I advised *** *** that the gasket was covered under the year warranty but he was responsible for the service & labor, he refused to pay so the job was cancelled & the part returned to our distributor *** *** called again on 11/2/& we replaced the refrigerator door gasket again under the year warranty & he paid the labor to install At that time *** *** was informed by my service man that the inner door panel is seperating from the door & will not secure the door gasket any more causing the door gasket to move & ripThere is nothing more we can do except replacing the refrigerator door which is very expensive to replace if the part is even available The customer was informed of all this information
