Scam
Reviewing because I see a lot of people got scammed this Halloween 2022 so sharing my experience from last summer to help anyone. I ordered a bikini in May 2021. Never got tracking, a message or anything for a month. Reached out via Instagram dms and no response. Started commenting on Instagram posts and she started responding saying, she is shipping tomorrow, soon, just all the excuses. A couple months later still nothing so I asked for refund, she said sure but another month or so went by and no refund. Continued to comment publicly and she finally gave me my refund via cash app. The absolute worst! DEFINITELY A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER! Surprised this has gone on for so long and she’s still scamming!

Deserves No Stars and has made no effort to contact me after several requests(10 emails) and tried calling to a non working number for a refund.

I ordered a dress on April 20th and was told it would take 2 weeks to make and then be shipped. I followed up on the item when it did not come as promised. Nani Bikini then made an excuse which made no sense but promised the dress would go out the following Friday. When the item did not come , I... followed up again via email because the number that is listed on the website, and other sites is not a working number, as I also tried calling. The last time I had contact with Nani Bikini was May 17th. I have sent her 8 or 9 emails since, and have not received an answer and more importantly the dress that I had ordered. I have gone on FB and she is has recent postings of her business, so I messaged her there , with no response. Trying to search for information on Nani Bikini , all numbers and emails are the same that I have, however I have found 2 addresses for her. My search however on FB and other social media have uncovered complaints identical to mine. I have at least 6 weeks of emails to Nani Bikini with no response, no dress as I gave her deadline of June 8th, which has now passed, no answers and at this time having to fight for my $132.00. I have put complain in with BBB, Square, which is how she collects the funds, and intend to also reach out to FB, Twitter and other social media as she violates not only their policies but Federal Laws.

I do not like being taken advantage of nor robbed of my hard earned money. I worked hard to earn my money and will work hard to get it back.
Below I sent Nani Bikini the following, still with no response , but have contacted both the BBB in which they have changed her A rating to an F and Square.

I ordered a bikini from Nani bikini and she was extremely quick with replying to my messages and communicating with me. I gave her my measurements (as that is the only way to select a size because she does not have a sizing chart available) I explained to her that I am a bit on the curvy side and she assured me that the bottoms would fit. Not only do they not fit, im going to guess that they are 3 sizes too small, not even close to the measurements I gave her. She also had a pre made top to match the bottoms which I also ordered, the top actually fits but it is a completely different style than what she told me it was and what the picture made it look like. When I contacted her about these issues she said I can do an exchange. I said that was no problem, I am totally fine with doing an exchange because I genuinely wanted a new bathing suit. Once I started discussing details of the exchange and asking her if she had options for me to chose from she stopped replying. Will not answer my emails or instagram messages. I has been weeks now and still no answer. I wasn’t even asking for my money back, I was simply asking for a bathing suit that I am actually able to wear. She would not have lost a sale by offering me the exchange, she is just now refusing to respond for whatever reason. I believe the suit she gave me she had hanging around for awhile and said anything to get rid of it. I am extremely unhappy and shocked by the level of service I have received. She is extremely unprofessional and a SCAM ARTIST! Do not order from her because she is not the least bit concerned with your satisfaction or with delivering quality products.

Ordered product from online company, Never received product on estimated date. Asked for refund now no call no email about refund or update on productPlaced order of a dress on November 18th 2014 via email to [redacted] (owner) then sent me an invoice through [redacted] invoice #[redacted] on the same day November 18 2014, I then paid my invoice using my debit card for $60.00 got my email confirming payment, In the description it said my delivery date was going to be December 8th a few days after when my package never arrived I then sent another email asking for update on product she replied the next day saying the company sent her the wrong fabric so my dress would not be delivered on that date so I could either request refund or different color agreed for different color and promised it would be here by new years. It's now been almost three months since I have not received my order i've emailed multiple times asking to please refund my total amount of $60.00 still no reply or update $60 may not be much to some people but i'm an honest person who works hard for her money to just be scammed without an answer in return I have no current address of her location as all transactions were done online Contact # for her was 775-240-9494 and that the product was being made from the Lake Tahoe areaupon frustration I looked her up on [redacted] and read the comments of her online account finding a lot of other very dissatisfied customers in the same boat waiting for refunds or updates.[redacted]: nanibikini[redacted]: [redacted]I have tried multiple times to get a response back regarding my refund having zero luck.Desired SettlementIn all honesty I would just like to be refunded my $60.00 and put a stop to her scamming people with nothing being done about it.
