is then held for that specific scanUpon scheduling, this client requested the 3D scan and was informed that because she is far past the recommended time frame for 3D imaging, we may not be able to accomplish a full 3D package but that they would still be charged a minimum fee of $for the attempt and if the scan was successful, the charge would be $This client agreed, booked the appointment, checked in, had the scan done and it was successfulThe technician worked very hard for the images since it was very late in the pregnancy which made it challengingAlthough it may have been the client's main goal to know the position of her baby, that doesn't change the fact that she booked for a 3Dscan and had that scan doneAt any time during any scan, if a client tells our technician that they do not wish to continue, the scan is stoppedWe don't FORCE anyone to do something they do not want to doAnyone could just get up off the scan table and leave any time they like instead of lying there for minutes and watching the scan and saying they don't want to continueMakes zero senseUsually if something doesn't make sense, it's usually not trueAt the end of the session and when it was time to pay is when this client suddenly didn't want the material the technician worked very hard for and deserves to be paid forAt the time of payment there was a passive aggressive threat that Yelp would be used because we insisted on being paidUsing Yelp as a retaliation against a small business who is simply standing up for themselves is abusive and is not what Yelp is intended forSame with the Revdex.comWe will take responsibility for legitimate complaints and do our best to improve any shortcoming that we may have; however, This is not legitimateHere is the yelp reviewThey don't mention anything about being concerned about exposure there nor did they mention it to usSimply not trueThe just wanted to get out of paying for what they orderedYELP REVIEW: "Predatory and unprofessionalWe very plainly explained that we only needed to check the position of the babies headWe explained that we did not need or want 3d imaging CDS or pictures only a quick check of the babies positionWe will be reporting this company to the Revdex.comWe instructed the technician multiple times that we did not wish to continue and she ignored our requests."
