Hello ***, I am very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the taste of our product.? We fully understand that taste is very subjective and while many customers like the taste of our product we appreciate the fact that some customers may not prefer the taste? I have attempted to call you several times at the number listed in our CRM ###-###-####? This number does not have voicemail set up? I called your ###-###-#### number and left a message? I also emailed you but have not yet received a response.? I did receive your text message that you could not talk yesterday 7/We have refunded your account $on July 7th - this was done minutes after you called our Customer Service Department I appoligise for any misunderstanding of? Our Refund & Return Policy clearly states that We offer a 100% no questions asked day guarantee on first the purchase and a day Refund & Return Policy on subsequent purchases.? If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within days of your first purchase and days on subsequent purchases, simply contact our Customer Care Department at ###-###-#### or email us at [redacted] for a refund (minus shipping & handling)?
