I purchased Nanosocks for my mother. Do to self quarantine and Covid 19 I was unable to get them to her. When I did she wanted nothing to do with them I tried to return them and was told there is a strict 30 day money back guarantee and I was over the 30 days. There is no Covid forgiveness. What kind of customer service is that?

I purchased compression socks and returned them before 30 day limits of a refund. It has been 2 months and I still have not received my refund from this company

worse company I have ever delt with nothing but lies and equipmernt that does not work

I ordered 4 pairs of nano socks from this company via their website on 5/20/20. To date I have not received my order. I emailed them requesting that they send my order and if I did not receive it in a timely fashion I would contest the charge on my credit card. I have not heard a response.

Worse company to deal with sent my socks back for a refund and never got my money back please do not deal with this comany

Do not buy. They do not answer their phones or emails and voicemails. Checked and they have a D+ rating on Revdex.com. So disappointed as I really thought I would get help from them. I almost purchased for 3 other people but decided to try for me first. Mary M

I purchased a pair of Nanosocks on 11/26/19 [$29.83] anticipating they would solve my foot pain. Once received, I tried the socks for 2 days but had NO relief from the pain. As a result, I contacted Nanosocks by email on 12/6/19 to request a full refund per their 100% money-back guarantee if not satisfied. I received an email response on 12/7/19 to send the socks to 13507 Van Nuys Blvd #4908
Pacoima, CA 91333 and, once received, I would received a FULL refund. Yesterday, I received my package [RETURNED] in the mail STATING "ATTEMPTED - NOT KNOWN/UNABLE TO FORWARD". I double checked the address and the package was address correctly. I attempted to call their 1-800 today and the line went silent after 10 seconds.
