Nanston Vision

I had an eye exam at Nanston in Snellville, Ga that was not done correctly When I went to pick up my glasses I could not see properly through them I told the office manager who then told ** *** *** He advised me to cover one eye and asked me to read street signs through his office window with the glasses onI could not read anything far away which is problematic because the prescription was supposed to be for distance vision I told him the glasses felt as if I were looking through two magnifying glasses He, in turn, told me that my eyes would eventually adjust and that I would probably need bifocals soon I left with the glasses and contacted my insurance company so I could use my free annual eye exam elsewhere Once they contacted *** *** he told them it was the lab techs fault and that the eye exam was done properly He stated he would send a reversal for the exam and glasses if I returned the glassesThe glasses were returned within minutes of the phone call
