I had a problem with my master bedroom shower as the water came out scalding hot or freezing cold.I called MarlinDean came out and couldn't find the problem so he suggested that I should consider a $1,new water heater Wait I thought..if the water is coming out hot then the water heater was doing its job and the problem was something else I called Roto Rooter and they came out and their technician immediately suggested that it may be the cartridge behind the shower faucet.He removed the fixture and indeed it was a rusty cartridge which he replaced at a charge of only $thus saving me $plus labor I called Marlin to explain that their representitive was incompetent but they really didn't seem to care.Well, if they don't,I don't and hence this review Roto Rooter has been in business for a long time and understandably so.They were professional and they won't rip you off
