Review: My 1998 Honda Accord EX was transported from Vancouver, WA to Solon, OH by NAO auto. My Car was picked up from Vancouver, WA on 7/30/2015 and was delivered to me in Solon, OH on 8/10/2015. The existing damages on the car were noted down by the person picked up the car but when it was delivered I found new damages and informed the same to the driver. The driver cross verified the new damages with the form in which it contains the details of the existing damage and the driver agreed that they caused the damages. So, the driver filled up the form with the new damages(I have the proof of it) and gave me a contact number of NAO auto to follow up and also asked me to get three quotes from three different auto companies and asked me to submit it to NAO auto. The estimates came around approximately $1100. I was asked to submit the claim form along with the quotes by the NAO auto for which I have the email proof. I got a call from NAO auto saying that they can offer me only $500 for which I didnt agree and asked to send me a proof of where they got the $500 estimate from. I have a email proof from them which shows that the actual details of my car was not entered to come up with the $500 estimate. I replied them back saying that they do not have the right details of my car entered in kbb. After I did not agree, the claim was forwarded to their insurance company and the adjustor came in to Solon Ohio to take a look at the car and got the details of the damage. I followed up with the insurance agent and the agent says that NAO auto is now saying that they did not cause any damages to the car. If they did not cause any damage to the car, then why would they fill up a new damage form, why would they negotiate with me for a price and why would they send a adjustor. I have been really insulted by them every time I call the NAO auto. I can submit all the proof of emails that I have with them.Desired Settlement: I would like NAO auto to do either the repairs on my car or pay the price for the repairs.

I hired NAO Auto from Spokane, Washington to transport my vehicle from Portland, Oregon to Columbus, Ohio. When the vehicle arrived there was damage to the back trunk. In addition to this, someone had used white paint to patch it up. I contacted the auto transport company and they instructed me to fill out the claim questionnaire as well as acquire 3 quotes from body shops. All of these items were submitted. I tried to call back to get an update and my calls were not answered. If I called with my number or another (614) area code, the calls were not answered. I tried called with my roommates phone and they answered the call. When asked about the pending claim, they simply told me there was nothing they could do about it and they're not about to take the time to look into any paperwork. They are extremely dishonest and rude. They damaged my vehicle and are now refusing to pay.

Review: I had my car shipped from Seattle to Amelia oh. At first they told me it would take 7-12days( which is what their contract states) and after that time passed they told me another 3? Days. During this time the driver failed to report progress on the shipment and failure to answer calls. If he did answer a call he was rude, short and didn't care about service or the customer. When he was finally in the area he demanded is to come to him to get the car instead of honoring the address on the contract. When we arrived at his truck to get the car, his truck was obviously old and he was rude and not careful with the vehicles. We did a quick look around and in the car; he was rushing us as of course he was very late. Immediately we noticed about a million bugs splattered on the front end which definatly wasn't there when we loaded the car. This shows a complete lack of care and consideration. According to the contract, the cars should arrive in the same condition. After coming home and further inspection we noticed a long rip on the lower part of the bumper, something very hard to notice unless hunched on the ground. The only way the drive could do this was by him being unprofessional and not careful. This rip is on the left side of the car and when the driver parked and unloaded the truck he parked on the right side of the road so it was hard for us to see that without putting us in danger of cars passing by. He obviously was trying to hide his neglegance and was fully aware of his careless mistake. On our original bill of lading there is no such damage recorded so it was indeed something he did. In conclusion, my whole bumper is damaged, my car now requires and exterior detail from the bugs and on top of that it took them 16 days to get it here. The driver's name is serge and should not be working in a detail oriented job where customer satisfaction should b 100%.Desired Settlement: I think it would b completely fair for the company to pay for the repair of the bumper (I am now getting estimates) and for the cost of the cleaning of the vehicle. If they want to make their customer happy and 100% satisfied I think they should refund half the price we paid. They should pay these for their neglegance, rudeness and them not delivering in within the time they said.

I transported a 2010 BMW 328 with this company about 11 days ago, the services were absolutely amazing, I was surprised how well they handle their orders and customers, I was notified as soon as I had gotten off the broker, BY the transporting company, that they are the company assigned to me, they answered all of my questions, and gave me accurate estimates for pick up and delivery. They proceeded to call me 24 hours ahead of pick up, as well as 1 hour ahead, the transport took 8 days, as they promised 7-10 days, and on delivery I was notified 24 hours ahead as well as a bit over an hour ahead. On time updates, every time I called my call was answered. I'm very satisfied, and out of the 8 or so cars I've transported in my life, this has been the best experience... I've read the Revdex.com REVIEWS of this company, after my vehicle was picked up, and was shocked to see how AWFULLY WRONG this website is... FIRST off, NAO Auto has been in business since the year of 2000, and they proved it to me without question! THAT'S 14 YEARS, not 4, considering there are VERY rare cases of companies like this, since most of them probably either go out of business, or lose all credibility of good ratings! I would recommend this company over ANY OTHER company ANY DAY, if your car is being transported in their Lanes of travel. id give them a 11/10 rating compared to other companies I've worked with... I will SURELY be using them again!
