After a long day at *** *** *** across the street from this accommodation, we arrived to find our room (Gamma Green) uninhabitable due to being grossly unclean, dark, totally gloomyBed side lamps not working, headboard broken, large filthy fish tank in roomThe staircase up to the next floor and the back staircase down haven't been cleaned obviously in month'sThe sitting area closest to "Gamma Green" on the landing was dirty/repellantHad to wait half an hour for assistanceGiven another room and would not have stayed if we had any alternativeOne look at the dirty/old shower rug, easily dissuaded us from even showering in the morningNo one, especially person's with medical vulnerabilities, should ever be subjected to such experiences and conditions
