sure of the exactcircumstances, but was informed of the altercation by my manager and several of the employeesprior to Ms. [redacted] posting a review.  The review that she posted was responded to and removedby [redacted] prior to her contacting the Revdex.com. There has been no contact with Ms. [redacted] and European Bridal since responding to her review on 10/6/15.Shopping for a bridal gown can be a very emotional time for brides and it seems to have been a daywhen emotions were running high.  Saturdays are notoriously busy and in a small shop with other bridesand and their guests, it was evident Ms. [redacted] did not absorb the bridal experience that, as you can see byour [redacted] review page, the majority of our bridal guests receive.Please let me know if you need any additional information.Respectfully,[redacted]Owner/ European Bridal
