I did my research and found that this company had a long standing relationship with the communitySo I figured it would be a safe bet well after two years and roughly six grand in "premium parts" I'll use that term looselyOur family car and main form of transportation has been in for ac repair and has had five faulty compressors installed ,three brake power boosters and so on and so on you get the pictureWell today was the last straw after scheduling another service appointment for a second fuel pump and yet another brake booster third one in six monthsMy wife dropped of the truck and was guaranteed a rental did not happen instead was given a shop loaner one that the employee stated had under a half tank of gas died after only seven miles of travelAfter which my wife promptly had towed back to their shop then was humiliated in front of other customers arrogantly stating "DON'T YOU EVEN CHECK YOUR GAS GAUGE" She doesn't deserve that ,so in conclusion on the hunt to find a reputable auto repair shop to service our vehiclesBut don't think for one second he won't be replacing anymore of the faulty parts that have currently been installed a warranty is a warranty but never getting another dime from my family and friends

They tried charging me $700+ a part they NEVER replaced and then broke a separate part and refused to give me my money back or give me a replacement part to pick up! The owner is a unorganized [redacted] that doesn't care what his techs do (legal or not) with vehicles. I had an inspection done on his work a a different location where they filled me in in what was/wasn't done to my vehicle and even called to talk to the owner, [redacted], about the situation of which [redacted] was completely rude and didn't care. [redacted] even HUNG UP on me and my boyfriend (veteren) when we were discussing about the broken part!
My question is, if he did this to me... Who else did he charge to have worked on their vehicles and never even fix it!?

I used a Napa care provider in the town of Sterlington La. to get my truck repaired. I paid dearly for Napa parts and got a useless warranty. When the rear axle bearing failed,the warranted part, I took my truck to my provider to get the problem resolved that was almost 3 weeks ago. The problem is not with the shop which has bent over backwards to help me but with Napa and their warranty. I'm a single father and a vet not that it matters but how am I supposed to wait for another 8 to 12 weeks for Napa to decide if they will maybe fix my truck. all I really seem to get is double talk and the run around. I am not going to let this go because it is not right or fair. I don't want something for free or am I asking them to do something that is out of line all I want is my truck fixed. My napa case number is 0017044 try to get in touch with any napa representative after they get your number the first time and see if they will call you back or help you that will be your joke for the day on yourself if you continue to call and leave messages then you will be the definition of insanity
