The vehicle was sold as is with no warranty. Brakes are not even covered by warranty on a new car. They wear out with age and need to be replaced. It had 109,miles on it when it was purchased. When the vehicle caught fire we found out that the insurance company was
involved and we have been dealing with the insurance company since then to try and get the repairs done
Time Auto Sales sells vehicles with no warranty. We do not have any way of knowing if a mechanical problem will occur. As far as totally removing something from the credit bureau, I don't have that power.If you will dispute it with all credit unions for *** *** I can change from
involuntary to voluntary.That is the only way the credit bureau works. They do not allow me to just remove records

I am rejecting this response because: Per https://www.[redacted], I as the consumer do not have to submit a request to the Credit Bureaus for false information. The company that provided the Credit Bureaus with falsified information has to correct their mistakes directly with the Bureaus. Above is a portion of the FCRA Laws.

I am rejecting this response because:
The fact of the matter remains that the vehicle was in my possession for 5 weeks before the fire. It is reasonable to expect, warranty or no, that a dealer would perform proper maintenance and inspection of a vehicle they intend to sell in order to prevent this sort of thing from happening. I drive professionally and have incurred significant economic hardship due to this incident. My savings have been completely drained, and were it not for the largess of my family I would be on the street right now. I don't want this car anymore, and strongly suggest you don't try to sell it to anyone else lest you find yourself in this position again. If you have any integrity at all, you will make monetary restitution for all money I have wasted on this car, but given the tenor of the conversation I had with the owner on this matter, I suspect this will never happen.
