ABOUT JULY 16th. 2014 I DID A AUTO PART ORDER THROUGH INTERNET TO NAPA AUTO AND TRUCK PARTS STORE, AS A PARTE OF THE DELIVERY ORDER I HAD TO CALL TO THE BRENCH STORE ON 950 BENNIE LANE, RENO, NV. 89506, PHONE NUMBER775-322-4568, I DID A PHONE CALL TO THE MENTION STORE, THE A SALES REPRESENTATIVE WHOM ANSWER THE PHONE CALL THAT I DID, TAKE MY INFORMATION AND ASK ME FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE COST OF MY ORDER FOR THE PART NUMBER NTP S922T WITH TOTAL COST THE AMOUNT H $20.70 PLUS SHIPPING AND TAX, I DID AGREEMENT WITH THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE AFTER I PAY WITH MY ATM BANK CARD THE AMOUNT REQUESTED, AND THE THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE PROMES TO DELIVERY THE ITEM ORDER BY JULY 21th. 2014, I TRY TO PCIK UP MY AUTO-PART MENTION ABOVE THE DATE DUE, BUT THE STORE DID NOT HAVE IT, AND THEND I REQUEST TO CANCEL MY ORDER BECAUSE I CAN NOT WAIT MORE TIME, BUT THE PARNER OF THE SALESPERSON WHOM ASSIT ME BEGINS A CONFRONTATION WITH ME, AND THREAT ME AND OFEND ME FOR MY ORIGEN HISPANIC, THEN THE SALESPERSON WHOM HELP ME, TOLK ME THAT HE CAN NOT REFUND ME THE FULL AMOUNT, JUST PART, BUT IF I WANT MY FULL AMOUNT THAT I PAY FOR THE ORDER MENTION ABOVE, I HAVE TO SPEACK WITH THE STORE MANAGER, BUT HE WAS NOT THERE AT THAT TIME, SO I DECIDE TO GET OUT THE STORE BECAUSE I SEE THE SECOND EMPLOYEE OF THE STORE, THAT TRY TO CAUSE A LAWSUIT AND HE COULD DO A FITH, I DID NOT RECOVERY THE FULL AMOUNT THAT I PAY FOR THE AUTO-PART THAT I ORDER AS I MENTION ABOVE.Product_Or_Service: AUTO-PARTAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI REQUEST THE REST OF THE FULL AMOUNT THAT I PAY FOR THE AUTO-PARTS THAT I DID ORDER, BECAUSE WAS NOT DELIVERY ON TIME, AND A APOLOGY LETTER FROM THE STORE MANAGER, FOR THE OFFENSE DID FOR HES EMPLOYEE TO ME.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]On 7/16/2014 [redacted] went onto www.napaonline.com to purchase parts. This website belongs to [redacted] Parts Company, not our business, we are a jobber of [redacted], the middle man. [redacted] will take the order bill it out and then send the parts to us to will call it for the customer, so we do not control anything that [redacted] does or promises. When he called the store to check availability he was told it was 3 to 5 business days away and that freight would be $12.00, which was agreed upon. As for the confrontation, surveillance tapes were observed and absolutely none of the racial comments took place, as described. [redacted] indeed was the one that was threatening and cursing at our employee. [redacted] called our employee a "[redacted]". Our employee then asked him to leave the store and police were going to be called. [redacted] then threatened our employee saying, "you don't know who I am, who your dealing with." Police were called but was told if he came back to call them again.After the part is ordered and shipped, there is no way for us to cancel the part.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I have no complaint with the employee who attended me, when I try to pick-up my parts, I went in the store before, and the same employee toll me that all the parts did nor arrived to the store yet, it will latter that day, according to the shipping order, when I come back four hour latter, I was threatened by a second employee, because I say that somebody promises the parts order on july 16th. be in the store the monday july 21th. five days letter, as they promises in the phone conversation and they confirm in their respond above, but the second employee come to me and then he said that parts come from [redacted], then I said the part come front [redacted], then the second employee star the conflict. so I left the store for second time, but I decide to come back and ask for the cancelation because the part did not arrive on time, and I need my car fix fast, and I did no named to nobody as they describe, the second employee when I come back to the store for third time, come back to me, and I also asked him to please did no spoke with me and leave me alone, the he call me 'That nobody brown, come at his store to tell him that be out" [redacted] only try to protect his employee, he need to look over the three times that I was in the store
