(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)It's obvious, as I have stated at the beginning of my complaint that this dealership will deny and proceed on the documents they fixed and signedIt's true that my offer for this vehicle out-the-door was $*** including the trade of $*** (that dealership approved)I did not accept financing to save money for my daughters upcoming collegeOnce again, it was my error of writing the check in the amount of my offer and some how I forgot about my trade inMost dealership accepts the cash amount offered and if reasonableThe vehicle had a previous ownership and I'm the 4th owner and was reported into an accident by the insurance plus the condition of the vehicle, the length of time sitting in the lot, expired registration (upcoming DMV renewal in a couple of months ahead due) this is where I based my offerThe $*** plus $*** (trade-in) in the total amount of $*** was over the blue book value for this vehicle, and $*** (check paid) plus $*** (trade-in) with a total amount of $*** was way over the blue book value of the vehicle's condition and historyI have receipts of all parts and services done since owning this vehiclePlease refund the overpayment of $***; I know it was my fault

We would like to review all parts and repairs done for our review noted in complaint.

I have copies for comparison for this type of vehicle. It would be helpful in your investigation for how long the dealership has this vehicle in their possesion and the paper work. The [redacted] and [redacted] will also be a help on this issue. On 1/31/[redacted], the salesman admitted that he remembered our transaction that night (reference voice recorded). During the time I wrote the check and I can't believe that I totally neglected my trade until after a week. It was my fault. Thank you.

his trade of [redacted] total [redacted] which he was going to finance we sent the application to the finance company and received a approval but he decided to pay cash at the last minute.His claim is that he would have paid [redacted] plus fees total price [redacted] minus trade [redacted] total [redacted].We would not accept this type of offer on a advertised vehicle which would be over [redacted] off the advertised price.Napa Nissan has been in business for 50 years and would never try to take advantage of any of our customers.
