Napali Five LLC, has contracted the services of CityGate Property Management Company to manager their property, Adira ApartmentsFrom December 2017-August 2018,the roof in my downstairs apartment has leaked in the bedroom & bathroomCausing concern for health & safety,exposing me to mold & mildew ,no hot water,trash dumpsters overflowingI've also expressed a concern for safety surrounging my living areaUpon contacting code compliance & Citygate properties to report the repairs not complete, the poor customer service I've received from *** *** & her staff, I was met with a notification of non-renewal in January of 2018, when my lease did not end until September No one should have to contact code compliance evrytime it rains or repairs needing to done, in order to receive serviceI've been deceived as a consumer & residentThis was not the living experience or the expectation setCharges for water & trash, wehn you don't have hot water or
