We had B&B Enterprises dba Napco Flooring llc install refinish and install hardwood floors thoughout most of our main level at a cost of about $16,The floors looked good at first but were supposed to be a Satin finish and appear to be Flat or MatteVery dullThe floor is VERY fragile and scratches Extremely EasyWe got a scratch when we had new appliance installed about a month after the installation and asked B&B to repair it AT OUR COST! That was in May it is now August 22, and we have been ignoredAt $16,don't expect any customer service or follow upBuyer beware! You don't always get what you pay for!
