Review: NAPCO HEATING AND COOLING[redacted]In september 2014 I purchased my home and had oil heat for the first time as a homeowner. I was advised by your salesman/employee John S[redacted] that I should sign a contract and lock into a fixed price for $359 per gallon, which I did. Despite this bad advice I continued to purchase oil from you and cost myself an estimated $800-$1000 compared to those paying [redacted] prices. I fulfilled my obligation in the contract to purchase at least 700 gallons from your company. On 3/**/15 I contacted your office and said not to deliver any more oil unless I requested. I also sent a letter to your company with this request. In addition I spoke to your secretary regarding the $100 contract fee that I paid for you to do cleaning/maintenance on my boiler, nobody ever responded to my request. On 4/**/15 I received an oil delivery for 153.9 gallons at $3.49.9 a gallon. In addition to receiving this unrequested delivery, oil was spilled all over my Roth tank ( I still have photos of this ). Once again I contacted your secretary to complain about the unrequested delivery and to have someone come and clean up the mess.She asked me if I had planned on remaining a customer and I told her no. it was only after this that she said that you were going to give me a rebate because of the high prices that I had been paying,of course I never received this so called good will rebate. I stated to her that I was scheduled to have a delivery on 4/**/15 from a reputable oil company at $2.39 per gallon. I explained to her that you could either come take the oil back, accept a payment of $2.39 for the oil that was delivered or take me to court. I waited for a month and as usual I was ignored. On March ** I mailed you a check for $277.01( The bill for 4/**/15 which was 153.9 gallons X $2.39 per gallon ) because I am a reasonable and honest person. I also deducted $100 for the maintenance fee that was never fulfilled by you. I have tried to communicate with you and your company throughout this contract and have been repeatedly ignored. I have owned a business for 30 years and if I were to treat my costumers in this manner I would have been out of business many years ago. On 6/**/15 I received a bill for a previous balance of $274.51. I will not pay this bill so you can stop sending them to me. Either take me to court or realize that you have been wrong and unfair throughout this whole process. I do not owe you any money I have paid all my bills in full.THANK YOU[redacted]Desired Settlement: I have fulfilled my obligation and payments with this company and I do not want them to send me any more bills regarding a previous balance that are not owed to them.
