NAPCO

I purchased 12 windows and was told they have a lifetime warranty. When I called with a problem, windows letting in cold air and frost in the bottom corner of one window, they told me all they can do is send me some weather stripping. They informed me that is their only warranty for the windows and air leakage with tilt in windows is normal. Really????? Very disappointed in this company and customer service talked to me like I was 5 years old.
