Review: I was contacted by the NAPEW to join the association with the promise of monthly meetings, access to trainings, donations to cancer societies (as well as receiving a plaque for it). I joined in September with the promise that I would be receiving their business catalog full of fellow members, a CD, and entrance to events located in the area. They claimed to be the top 2nd women's association in the nation having a mentor program,. They sent me a login and password to their website which did not give me any further entrance onto the website as a member. I couldn't access meetings, other members, the "training" they offered, led to another website that offers trainings at a fee. I still haven't received any of the information as promised. When I called aproximately a few weeks after, I was told the information on the website was restricted because they were rebuilding their webpage. It has been many months since my "membership activation" and have yet to have any representative call me back. Every time I call, it goes straight to voicemail.Desired Settlement: The business has not provided the services promised so I want a full refund. The business also should be closed since it does not fulfil what it is trying to sell.

Review: After an extensive phone call with [redacted] in September 2013 in which she promised me many opportunities to expand and promote my business, I took a lifetime membership in NAPEW for $788.95, including tax. I received my plaque and a boilerplate press release (they promised it would be released, but I have no idea if it was). After receiving no communication for 2-3 months, I spoke to their representative, [redacted]. He convinced me to give it a little more time. I spoke to him again on 1/**/14. He offered me a $300 rebate, which I never received, and promised that new opportunities would be available in March, and if I still wasn't satis?ed, I would be given a full refund. Nothing has changed since then. I sent an email requesting a full refund on 3/**/14 and again on 4/*/14. On 4/**/14, I sent an email to [redacted], a [redacted] message to [redacted], and left a voicemail for the company. I have not heard from any of them.Desired Settlement: I would like to terminate my membership with NAPEW and receive a full refund of $788.95
