My husband and I just had some plumbing work done in our new home. Mr. N[redacted] himself was here for all of the work! He did a great job! He was very competent and answered all of our questions. His staff did an amazing job! He returned a couple days later and sat and talked with me. A great business all around! I recommend this guy to anyone with plumbing issues. Fair and honest and dependable!

Review: Napier plumbing, contracted by dominion power home warranty services installed a water line at my residence. The water line was not properly installed. It was not run underground into my residence. Instead it was run along the side of the house to the interior. As a result, the water line freezes. I contacted [redacted] to resolve the issue and he has refused. I have also learned that a Permit and inspection are required by the City of Charlottesville, neither of which were obtained by [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to come back and correct the issue.

I was contracted by [redacted] to complete work at[redacted]. This invoice was billed to [redacted] on8/23/2013 in which I received payment in full from [redacted]. My warrantyterm states (with [redacted] who contracted me) 1 year from date ofinstallation.I received the call from [redacted] (on a Friday) to report to 764 Ridge Street[redacted] for a client with a main pipe leaking-upon arrival I found a busted pipeunderground running down the driveway. The 1,.vater had to be shut off due to !he major leak of!he busted pipe underground. I told Mr. [redacted] I had to contact [redacted] togain approval for a new waterline installation; [redacted] gave approval. Mr.[redacted] was firmly adamant that he and his family receive water as soon as possible; therefore thejob was going to need to be completed on that Saturday. This would constitute as an emergencyJob for my business, my normal working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. In order for thisjob to be completed on a weekend r had to get an emergency work order processed through [redacted] for the marking of all utilities before the start of digging on Saturday. After initial digging I found that in order to run the pipe into the house, the concrete pad at theside of the house would need to be busted up. I explained this to Mr. [redacted] that busting up thethe concrete would cause a delay in completing the job and getting his water on that day. All thewhile Mr. [redacted] was adamant in regards to having his water turned back on that day. 1 told Mr.[redacted] we could not the pipe up the side of the house and go in at ground level and build a boxand insulate. This job was completed and waterrestored at the end of the day, even though a torrential rain storm made working conditions moredifficult. No city inspection occurred due to the fact Mr. [redacted] was adamant on having waterrestored on that weekend. inspections have to scheduled in advance and none occur onweekends. Since the job completion in August 2013, to my knowledge, there I had been no issueof frozen pipes a( this residence. Due to the extremely cold weather conditions, manyhomes in our area had the same problem of pipes freezing that normally would not.Mr. [redacted] called February 2015. I returned and added more insulation to the box on the outsideof the house, even though I was originally contracted by [redacted]. After thatencounter with Mr. [redacted] and several disgruntled voice mail messages from Mr. [redacted] I knewthat would not be able to satisfy . [redacted] with new work. I informed Mr. [redacted] of this. I alsoinformed [redacted] of the situation and that they would need to dispatchanother company to this residence. If you have further questions please call [redacted]Thank You,[redacted]
