Very poor customer service, owner Steve is rude. No one answers phone you always have to leave a message and then it can be days before you hear back from them even if you leave multiple messages. Required credit card up front and then overcharged me and didn't provide an invoice. I have been doing business with them for over 8 years and never had this problem. Maybe a new owner? Acts like he doesn't want your business. Don't use unless you want problems.

Naples generator did not install my generator correctly and will not take responsibility. I have been forced to make the corrections at my own expense. Their customer service is non existent. No one should do business with them or Generac, the manufacture.
