We deny the allegations made by Ms***Ms*** did not complain of a negative experience prior to her realization of the cost to insure her vehicle and no one has made any attempt to bully nor have they attempted to intimidate herWe have attempted to resolve Ms*** complaint but she is not satisfied with any of our effortsMs*** also provided proof of existing full coverage insurance, which is the requirementMs*** then had the day grace period to add her new vehicle to her insurance policyWe do apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred and any inconvenience that Ms*** may experience, however our position remains the same that we do not owe this customer anything and if she chooses she may still come in and work with our General managerThank you

I am rejecting this response because:The responses from this dealer been evasive as they have not answered any of the facts I have presented or have dismissed the relevant points I have provided.  Secondly, it does not matter when I complained about the poor quality of customer service they have provided. Any form of pressure tactics, lying, disrespect, and rudeness is unacceptable to a customer at any point of interactions. Thirdly, I refuse to have any interactions with the General Manager. His behavior towards me was unacceptable.  The 30 day grace period this person referred to for the car insurance is irrelevant in this situation. As I stated in my initial response, I was unable to transfer the new vehicle to my current policy and was not afford new insurance which is why I immediately returned the vehicle. Again, this vehicle was not insured while it was in my possession.  I felt the best course of actions was to return the vehicle which I did especially after my finance company informed me that they will not finance the vehicle unless I produce verifiable insurance.  It appears their only resolution is force my hand into purchase a different vehicle and I refuse to do that especially after they posted the [redacted] for sell again after I returned it.  There priorities is profit and quotas not the customer, especially a returned customer as this was not the first vehicle I purchased at a Napleton dealership. Revdex.com, if this the only course of action you can take regarding this situation, thank you for you time and efforts.

We dispute Ms. [redacted] claims as she took delivery of the vehicle with good insurance and traded in her previous vehicle. We would still very much like to help Ms. [redacted] reach a resolution that would preserve a valued customer relationship. Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] has cut off all attempts at...

communication.  If she would like to renew conversations with our General Manager, Perry, she is welcome to call during regular business hours. Otherwise, we do not owe the customer anything at this time and consider this complaint closed. Thank you.
