The customer has spoken with the store and the check, which was cut already, has been sent to him We always encourage customer to speak with upper management if there is an issue so that we can correct it quickly

However please note I'm letting you get away with a fib hereI called Dora at least three times on this *in addition* to doing precisely what it states in the contract, which is to go to the vendor web site and initiate a request to cancel. Plus I sent a hard copy letter as a follto the web request to cancel. So to raft it off on me is a bit insulting

These are total lies, I can't believe it. How did they inspect a vehicle that is not in there custody and claim to have given me a list after the fact. All I know is that the service man told me over the phone that he won't let his men inspect the vehicle free unless I pay $850.00 of which is not a guaranty. I answered him that my vehicle is in a bad shape then when I brought it in. It only had a transmission problem that is it. Nothing else. He made me buy tires claiming it would fix the transmission which never did. I bought a break boaster which never fixed anything but rather making it worse. How would I ever trust you again with my car. This issued has been resolved.

The customer has spoken with the store and the check, which was cut already, has been sent to him.  We always encourage customer to speak with upper management if there is an issue so that we can correct it quickly.

Unfortunately this was a miscommunication because the customer was cancelling the product via the product website and all had not gone through on our end.  However, the dealership has contacted the customer and we have the funds being sent out to him.
